Acts as the primary driver in transforming ideas into fully-fledged businesses, leveraging his experience and deep technical expertise to help young entrepreneurs move quickly in achieving their goals.

Vitalii Makarchuk

CEO & Co-founder

Started his career in financial companies and quickly rose from junior positions to leadership roles in Ukrainian largest investment group. Over time, transitioned to managerial positions in fast-growing product IT companies such as Genesis and SmartyAds, where he gained the experience and expertise necessary for building successful international businesses. Vitalii assists in building strategies for new companies and adjusting the traction of existing ones.

Vladyslav Khilkovets

Head of Strategy and Operations

Having learned to solve business problems at Big4 effectively, Vladyslav joined SmartyAds, where he managed processes. At Spalah, Vladyslav provides businesses with back-office support and helps to structurally address challenges.

Serhiy Kovtun

Head of Product

Co-founder of ProductCamp UA. Worked at Parimatch Tech as a member of the Product R’n’D team, was a Partner in the internal consulting team at Genesis Tech, and Deputy CPO at Silpo Ecom. At Spalah, Serhiy is responsible for the new Marketing Tech product and also assists with the existing product and future directions of the Venture Builder.
