We’re looking for a Financial and Operations Analyst to join us and make processes run smootly. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we work, collaborate, and grow.
What you will be doing:
support the invoice payment system and manage partner invoicing;
develop financial analysis processes for management reporting, insight generation, and risk prevention;
visualize data in Power BI for period closing, budgeting, and presentations;
participate in planning for future periods, including p&l and cash flow (pl & cf);
analyze large datasets to generate insights and enhance financial stability;
provide timely financial information to budget managers;
prepare reports for all company divisions;
collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize business policies and streamline back-office workflows (finance, legal, hr);
act as an internal consultant, offering innovative ideas and solutions to support cross-functional teams.
Your background:
minimum 1 year of experience in finance roles within the IT or at a Big 4 firm;
upper-intermediate or higher level of english proficiency;
strong command of ms office and solid understanding of financial reporting;
in-depth knowledge of accounting principles; budgeting experience is an advantage;
proactive mindset with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently;
exceptional attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and approach problem-solving in a structured manner;
strong motivation to learn, grow, and contribute to team success.
