As we scale, we are seeking User Acquisition Manager to join our AppLab — our venture-backed team testing bold ideas, building next-gen health & welness, productivity apps, and empowering users worldwide to live better lives.
What You’ll Do:
develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns from scratch;
analyze campaign performance, user data, funnel metrics (including LTV), and take action based on insights;
collaborate with the creative team to refine strategy and create high-performing content;
monitor trends across platforms, track competitor activity, and propose innovative growth strategies.
What You Bring:
1–1.5 years of experience in user acquisition, paid social advertising, and mobile app marketing;
strong knowledge of web-to-app acquisition strategies and web funnels;
proven ability to make independent tactical and strategic decisions in campaign management;
personal track record of positively influencing creative team performance;
experience managing mid-to-large advertising budgets;
must-have: proficiency with Meta & Amplitude;
strong advantage: experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Ads.
