We’re looking for an SMM Manager to join Spalah and take full ownership of our social media presence, content strategy, and brand voice across key platforms. This role is based in Kyiv, and you will be working closely with Sasha Kukhno - our
Employer Branding Manager.
What you will be doing:
own the full social media content cycle for Spalah (Instagram, LinkedIn): from ideation and planning to publishing and performance analysis;
collaborate on event-related content: announcements, live coverage, post-event materials, and amplification of event reach;
generate and test creative approaches: special projects, collaborations, influencer partnerships, and non-standard formats;
work closely with designers and a paid media specialist: task briefing, alignment on goals, and deadline synchronization;
communicate with the audience across social platforms: replying to comments and direct messages.
Your background:
1,5+ years of experience managing branded social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn);
ability to spot trends and create situational content aligned with business goals;
hands-on experience with video content production (Reels);
strong understanding of reach, engagement metrics, and social media algorithms;
English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
self-driven, proactive mindset with readiness to propose and implement ideas;
Will be a strong plus: basic knowledge of Ads Manager and experience launching paid social campaigns.
