We’re looking for a Lead Sales Manager (Programmatic, DSP) located in SEA & MENA to join one of our newest AdTech ventures.
You’ll join at an early stage as one of the first sales leaders in a fast-growing DSP project built on a white-label enterprise solution.
This role offers strong ownership, direct influence on revenue, and the opportunity to build and scale regional sales operations from the ground up.
What you will be doing:
act as the face and key representative of the company in assigned regions, working directly with advertisers, brands, and media agencies;
drive revenue growth through direct and programmatic sales, managing both agency and direct advertiser partnerships;
build and develop long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers, positioning the company as a strategic programmatic partner;
proactively source, engage, and onboard new clients using personal network, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and offline networking;
educate agencies and advertisers on programmatic advertising opportunities and DSP capabilities across the full funnel;
own the sales pipeline end-to-end: forecasting, deal structuring, KPI tracking, CRM management, and reporting;
collaborate closely with internal teams (account management, ad operations, product, tech) to ensure successful campaign launches and client satisfaction;
represent the company at global and regional Programmatic & AdTech events, conferences, and industry forums;
contribute to shaping sales processes, incentive models, and go-to-market strategy as the business scales.
Your background:
4+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client leadership within AdTech, DSP/SSP, media agencies, or programmatic advertising;
hands-on experience working with advertisers, brands, or media agencies (direct or via agency-side roles);
strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP technology, campaign execution, and performance metrics;
existing relationships within agencies, advertisers, or regional AdTech ecosystems are a strong plus;
experience transitioning from agency, media planning, account management, or client services into a revenue-focused role is welcome;
confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels;
self-starter mindset with readiness to take ownership, build processes, and grow a market from scratch;
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher (local language proficiency for the target region is a plus).
