We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to help us scale direct publisher partnerships across international markets.
In this role, you’ll focus on researching potential publishers, building structured lead databases, and supporting outbound initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development team, helping expand our partner network and improve lead generation processes that drive growth.
This role also offers a clear growth path to a Business Development Manager position over time.
What you will be doing:
search for potential publishers using various sources: LinkedIn, company websites, marketplace platforms, open databases, and other tools;
collect and structure contact data;
use both manual search and automated tools: CRM systems, enrichment tools, email finders, scrapers, and other supporting solutions;
segment leads by priority, geo, partner type, and other criteria;
prepare lead lists for cold outreach campaigns;
launch cold outreach and follow-up sequences;
track responses and pass interested leads to the assigned manager / BDM;
respond to simple inbound messages using templates or within agreed guidelines;
maintain and update data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and working databases;
support the business development team with operational tasks: preparing lists, organizing outreach campaigns, scheduling meetings, managing calendars before events and conferences, and assisting with follow-ups.
Your background:
1+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales Support / Outbound / Research roles;
english level: B1 or higher;
experience in searching for information and contacts using open sources;
attention to detail and a structured approach to work;
ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and large volumes of repetitive tasks;
responsibility and ability to follow tasks through to completion;
experience in digital advertising, AdTech, publishers, or B2B outbound will be a plus.
