We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join one of our AdTech project.
What you will be working on:
contribute to account growth by exploring new opportunities with partners;
communicate daily with programmatic partners and support their operations;
maintain warm and friendly relationships with all partners;
monitor partner activity and basic performance metrics;
handle discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with partners;
proactively follow up on traffic or delivery issues;
support partners with technical and operational questions;
analyze partners’ performance based on key metrics and KPIs, and implement improvements accordingly.
Your background:
fluent English;
experience in customer service, account management, or similar client-facing roles;
knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
high level of attention to details and accuracy;
initiative and ability to work independently;
structured thinking and time management skills;
effective written and verbal communication skills;
strong interpersonal skills;
ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Will be a plus:
experience within AdTech industry;
experience working with international partners.
