Strategy & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to join us and make processes run smootly.
This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we work, collaborate, and grow.

What to do:

  • work hand-in-hand with our Operations team to fine-tune business policies and streamline back-office tasks—think financial, legal, and HR workflows;

  • dive into research, spot market trends, and help negotiate with suppliers and customers to fuel exciting projects;

  • be the go-to internal consultant, supporting teams across the business with fresh ideas and solutions;

  • bring in new tools and tech to make everyone’s work life easier and more efficient;

  • design and improve processes from the ground up, keeping workflows lean and effective;

  • collaborate with teams across the company to find opportunities for improvement and put awesome ideas into action.

Your background:

  • over a year in audit, consulting, investments, or IT;

  • strong academic background in technical, management, or economic fields;

  • you’re a pro with Google Workspace tools like Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

  • Upper-intermediate + English;

  • you’re a natural at prioritizing, managing tasks, and solving problems in a structured way;

  • details don’t slip by you—you’re super organized and laser-focused.

  • you’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • you’re always looking for ways to make things better and more efficient.

Bonus Points:

  • You’ve competed in case championships, CFA research challenges, or other similar competitions.
