dive into LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities to uncover hidden gems;
reach out with personalized messages that grab attention and make a spark;
conduct interviews to identify culture-fit candidates;
partner with hiring managers and venture leads to understand team needs and craft hiring strategies;
help showcase why joining our ventures is the best career move someone can make.
Your background:
1+ years of experience in recruiting (startups preferably);
you thrive on connecting with others and building long-term relationships;
you’re comfortable navigating sourcing tools and talent platforms;
you’re always learning about industries, trends, and what makes people tick;
you catch the little things that make a big difference during the conversations;
you’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments;
you`re comitted to high standarts and building high performing teams.
