What you will be working on:
managing technical aspects of projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and implementing new functionalities.
organizing and coordinate team efforts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
translating business needs into technical tasks, prioritize resolution, and actively contribute to integration processes.
creating and execute project plans, defining stages, resources, and timelines.
facilitating integrations by converting business tasks into clear, well-structured tasks for the dev team and communicating with clients when required.
Your background:
2+ years of project management experience in software development and team management;
proven track record of delivering projects on time;
experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams;
strong knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies;
proficient in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision-making, and using Jira;
strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
