As we scale, we are seeking Payment Product Manager to join our AppLab team and enhance payment infrastructure to increase profitability of our businesses.
You will be working on:
conducting market analysis and drive business growth through new payment providers and methods;
building and overseeing processes for integrating diverse payment methods;
building and managing relationships with payment providers;
conducting in-depth analysis of payment infrastructure to ensure efficiency;
monitoring and optimizing key metrics, including payment success rate, fraud rate, chargebacks, and disputes;
collaborating with product analytics to develop and test payment-related hypotheses linking marketing, product, and payments;
running pricing tests across different markets.
Your background:
1-2 years of experience in online payments, billing, or consulting;
interest in payment systems and payment products;
understanding of unit economics and subscription-based monetization;
strong data skills, especially in MS Excel; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI;
analytical mindset with an enthusiasm for improving key performance metrics;
basic knowledge of statistics, cohort, and calendar analysis.
