We’re looking for an Office Manager to take care of the details that keep our team focused and the office flowing.
The role is mostly remote and part-time, but you’ll need to be on-site from time to time to keep things truly smooth.
What you will be doing:
— organize and maintain smooth daily office operations (supplies, services, logistics);
— manage communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams;
— support onboarding/offboarding processes for new team members;
— assist in organizing internal events, team-building activities, and meetings;
— maintain office budget and documentation related to administrative expenses;
— coordinate business travel and logistics when needed.
Your background:
— based in Lisbon or nearby areas. The job is mostly remote, but occasional visits to the office are required;
— ideally 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, but we’re also open to students
or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to grow;
— english — B1 level or higher;
— proficiency in Excel is a must;
— strong organizational and communication skills.
