As we scale, we are seeking Lead User Acquisition Manager to join our AppLab - creative team building next-gen health & welness apps. At AppLab, we test bold ideas, launch innovative solutions, and empower users worldwide to live healthier, better lives.
What you’ll do:
develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns from scratch;
analyze campaign performance, user data, funnel metrics (including LTV), and take action based on insights;
collaborate with the creative team to refine strategy and create high-performing content;
monitor trends across platforms, track competitor activity, and propose innovative growth strategies.
What you bring:
2+ years of experience in user acquisition, paid social advertising, and mobile app marketing;
strong knowledge of web-to-app acquisition strategies and web funnels;
proven ability to make independent tactical and strategic decisions in campaign management;
personal track record of positively influencing creative team performance;
experience managing mid-to-large advertising budgets;
must-have: Proficiency with Meta & Amplitude;
strong advantage: Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Ads.
