We’re now looking for a Happiness Manager — an organized and friendly person who will support some of our HR operations and internal events in Kyiv, making our employee experience better.
What you will be doing:
organize small in-office team-building activities and friendly online gatherings;
help organize internal training sessions, workshops, and professional events;
maintain and update a team-building budget tracking table;
manage corporate gifts and merch for employee anniversaries across Ukraine;
keep track of inventory in the storage and ensure timely restocking;
regularly update the corporate gift catalog with new ideas.
handle ordering and shipping of gifts and merch;
assist with administrative tasks and hiring processes for the Ukrainian legal entity (around a few hours per month).
What you bring:
based in Kyiv and ready to work in the office when required;
goooood organizational and communication skills;
detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive;
previous experience in HR administration, event coordination, or office management.
