What you will be working on:
enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team;
overhauling and optimizing existing processes within the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
implementing robust controls for cash flow management to ensure financial stability;
integrating of remuneration payment software to streamline payment processes;
establishing and structurizing the treasury department to manage high-volume payments effectively;
managing and working with payment gateways, handling large volumes of transactions.
Your Background:
BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field;
2-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field,
at least 1 year in a similar position within the IT industry;
proficiency in Excel and capability to implement changes in high-resistance zones;
