Business Development Manager (WhiteOut)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Traffic Team, specializing in iGaming and Gambling products.

This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with CPA Networks and direct advertisers, ensuring growth in traffic quality and quantity, and contributing to the strategic development of our business.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp analytical mind, and a passion for driving impactful results in the digital advertising space.

What you will be working on:

  • identify and establish relationships with CPA Networks and direct advertisers within the iGaming, Gambling, and Finance sectors, with a focus on enhancing working conditions and driving growth;

  • collaborate with the media buying teams, supporting the creation and testing of hypotheses aimed at improving traffic growth, while managing traffic quality and addressing team turnovers;

  • attend international conferences (both online and offline) representing the company within the CPA niche media space;

  • conduct market research to identify new and potentially profitable markets for expansion;

  • analyze competitors' traffic funnels and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends;

  • manage CRM systems (Keitaro, Trello, Docs) to ensure smooth operations and up-to-date information;

  • travel as necessary to attend conferences and engage with stakeholders (for males, traveling abroad may include destinations such as Ukraine).

Your background:

  • proven experience in media buying within the iGaming vertical, having worked in BizDev, Affiliate Manager roles;

  • strong technical understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Facebook advertising in the iGaming space;

  • at least 6 months of previous experience in the Media Buying Industry;

  • a solid network of advertisers in the CPA niche and a proven track record of success;

  • willingness to travel frequently, particularly for conferences and business-related activities.

  • proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
