As we scale, we are seeking a Сommunity Manager to join our team, creating engaging and interactive content for Telegram, driving user engagement and traffic through entertainment solutions.
You will be working on:
greeting newcomers and guiding their onboarding;
handling inquiries warmly and passing tech, marketing or partnership questions to the right team;
monitoring chat activity, ensuring rules are followed, and removing off-limits content;
chatting with users through messages and bots, offering support;
assisting with processing applications, verifying registrations, and confirming deposits;
collecting feedback, resolving issues promptly, and improving user experience;
keeping FAQs updated.
Work Schedule:
Friday: 08:00–16:00
Saturday: 08:00–16:00
Sunday: 16:00–00:00
Monday: 16:00–00:00
Your background:
English proficiency at an intermediate+ level;
experience in managing Telegram communities (preferred);
ability to develop and implement community strategies that align with business goals.
